After the release dates for Disney’s new Marvel shows were in limbo due to the pandemic, then learning that Disney+ planned to release WandaVision by the end of the year, we finally have an official premiere date for the series.

Today, Disney+ announced that Marvel Studios’ new series “WandaVision” will debut on the streaming service on January 15, 2021.

“WandaVision” is a blend of classic television and the Marvel Cinematic Universe in which Wanda Maximoff (Elizabeth Olsen) and Vision (Paul Bettany)—two super-powered beings living idealized suburban lives—begin to suspect that everything is not as it seems. The new series is directed by Matt Shakman; Jac Schaeffer is head writer.
