As SpaceX gets ready to launch its first all-civilian mission to space this fall, Netflix is standing by with a series to document the excursion in near real-time. Netflix announced the documentary, Countdown: Inspiration4 Mission To Space, will premiere with two episodes on September 6 and September 13, ahead of the SpaceX launch tentatively scheduled for September 15 with Netflix debuting a final feature-length episode later in the month.
This September, four civilians will launch into space for a three-day trip orbiting Earth.
