XOXO is a coming-of-age ensemble film about a group of 20-somethings on a crazy adventure to the biggest EDM festival in America, XOXO. The film follows six strangers whose lives collide in one frenetic, dream-chasing, hopelessly romantic night. At the center is Ethan, a young DJ who gets a last minute slot to perform after his tracks go viral online days before the festival. This is a huge opportunity… if he can just make it there in one piece.
The trailer offers a look into the characters who exist on both sides of the festival as fans, DJs and more. The trailer also offers a look at how the film follows festival fans from their preparations for the festival to attending it and how relationships are built at festivals.
At the center of it all is a young DJ named Ethan who performs at the festival hoping its his big break. The ensemble includes Say Anything‘s Ione Skye, Masters of Sex‘s Colin Woodell, comedian Chris D’Elia, Modern Family‘s Sarah Hyland, and Party Down‘s Ryan Hansen.
XOXO will be release on August 26th will be joined by a 16-track soundtrack, and the first single, “Make Me Feel” by Galantis and East & Young, is available on Amazon Music now.
