Today, CBS All Access rebrands to become Paramount+. Here’s what to know about the new app, from pricing to features to the content you’ll only find on Paramount+

Plans and Pricing

An ad-free premium subscription costs $9.99/month. An ad-supported basic tier will be added in June. Until then, the service will keep its $5.99 plan.

When the $4.99 tier goes into effect over the summer, you’ll get some live sports, CBSN and CBS News on demand, plus thousands of TV episodes, movies, and CBS content on demand. You’ll need the $9.99 “premium” plan to get additional CBS sports, live CBS news, and your live CBS station.

Where is Paramount+ Available?

Paramount+ is launching today in the US, Canada, and Latin America. The Latin American launch will include Argentina, Bolivia, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Uruguay, and Venezuela.

The service will launch in the Nordics on March 25 and in Australia later this year.

How to Sign Up

If you were already using CBS All Access, your app should automatically update to become Paramount+. Some subscribers have said that they needed to run an update on their streaming device before they saw the rebranded app.

If you aren’t already subscribed, you can sign up now and get a one month extended free trial of the new service.
