Last night PlayStation Vue started to contact subscribers on the west coast of the United States about a change in service. According to the email, PlayStation Vue will soon offer a west coast feed of the Hallmark Channel.
Here is the mail sent to PlayStation Vue subscribers:
We are excited to launch a West Coast feed of the Hallmark Channel on or around September 26, 2018. With this change, you can watch primetime Hallmark Channel programming during prime time hours in your time zone. If you had favorited Hallmark Channel, you will need to re-favorite it. Additionally, your previous Hallmark Channel DVR programing is no longer viewable, but you can re-add the same Hallmark Channel programs to My DVR from the new West Coast feed.
The big news here is now Hallmark’s primetime content will air in primetime for customers on the west coast. No longer will you have to DVR it and watch it when you get home from work. The downside is you will now need to wait for the west coast airing instead of getting the earlier east coast feed.
Again though it is important to remember that you will need to reset up your favorites so your DVR will record the programs you want.
