Watching TV, Watching, Living Room, Domestic Life, SmilingThe survey results are in and we have lots of insight about the streaming habits of over 3,000 cord cutters who responded.

Today, we’re looking at the top five free streaming services, according to our readers. Here are your favorites.

36.1% Pluto TV
35.4% The Roku Channel
6.4% Tubi TV
5.2% IMDb TV
4.5% Sony Crackle

Pluto TV

It’s not surprising that Pluto TV came in at the top of the list with 36.1% of the vote. This streaming service has over 100 live channels and thousands of movies and TV episodes, all available for free on most streaming devices.

The Roku Channel

Another free streaming service offering live channels, The Roku Channel has quickly become a favorite among cord cutters. Add the channel to your main menu to enjoy live and on-demand content. You can also use the app to subscribe to premium channels for a monthly fee.

Tubi TV

Tubi TV comes in at number 3, after a big drop of 29%. Why the drop? It seems that most of those surveyed prefer the live channels that they can get with Pluto TV and The Roku Channel. It doesn’t have live channels, but the ad-supported Tubi TV does have an impressive library of TV episodes and movies, all available without a subscription or credit card.

IMDb TV

Previously called Freedive, Amazon has recently rebranded the channel as IMDb TV. On the app, you’ll find a free collection of TV shows and movies, with more titles offered than ever before. With bonus features and extras, IMDb TV is a must have for movie fans.

Sony Crackle

Rounding out the top 5 is Sony Crackle. Again, this free service doesn’t have live channels, but does offer a library of TV episodes and movies, including a category of Crackle Originals. Use the Watch Later feature to build your list of shows and movies you’re interested in and tune in anytime, anywhere.

Thanks to everyone who took the time to share their opinions in the survey!
