Pocket.watch Brings in Former Disney Exec to Head Kid Focused Media Company Expansion

Kid-friendly media company Pocket.watch announced today that former Disney VP of Digital Partnerships and Influence Marketing, Danny Spronz, will lead the company’s expanding global presence.

Spronz will be based in Pocket.watch’s new London office and will serve as managing director of EMEA. Spronz will report to Pocket.watch chief revenue officer Stone Newman.

In addition to the news of the expansion to London, Pocket.watch has also entered into a partnership with Etisalat in the Middle East, to bring the company’s premiere slate of kids programming, to e-Junior, Etisalat’s top UAE kids TV channel through SVOD and Pay TV.

Pocket.watch is a new studio, focused on kid and family friendly entertainment. The company inspires kids to seamlessly move between screen time and playtime and boasts a growing portfolio of franchises that includes some of the largest kids and family YouTube brands in the world. Programming includes the Ryan’s World, Ryan’s Mystery Playdate, and HobbyKids Adventures franchises.
