Last month, Hulu announced that the price of its on-demand plans will increase by $1/month. The change will bring the price of Hulu from $5.99 to $6.99, Hulu (No Ads) from $11.99 to $12.99, and Hulu’s annual ad-supported plan from $59.99 to $69.99.

As a reminder, that price increase goes into effect tomorrow, October 8.

The price increase will not apply to Hulu with Live TV or the Disney Bundle.

If you’re not already a subscriber and want to lock in the current lower price, you can sign up for an annual subscription today. At the current $59.99 rate, annual subscribers would save $23.89 compared to the new $6.99 monthly rate. After October 8, that annual rate would save $13.89, or about two months of service.

Hulu’s last price adjustment for its on-demand plan was in February 2019 when the price went down from $7.99/month to $5.99/month. Both Disney+ and ESPN+ have seen recent price hikes, with Disney+ raising its price from $6.99/month to $7.99/month and the Disney Bundle going up to $13.99/month in March 2021 and ESPN+ going from $5.99/month to $6.99/month in August.
