Review: Sesame Street GO – Now FREE

Note the Roku description says “hundreds of full length episodes” yet we did not find any full length episodes on the Roku channel.

From Sesame Street Go:

Watch hundreds of full-length episodes of Sesame Street as well as all your favorite segments like Elmo’s World, Elmo the Musical, Super Grover 2.0, Bert and Ernie’s Great Adventures, Cookie’s Crumby Pictures, and Abby’s Flying Fairy School. Also features Sesame Street music videos. These educational videos will help teach your child about letters, numbers, emotions, and many other school readiness skills. Sesame Workshop’s mission is to help make children smarter, stronger, and kinder.

You can add the Sesame Street Go to your Roku here:

The full episodes and lots of other content (eg the UK’s Furchester Hotel) all disappeared when the HBO deal was made. The app has changed to show shorts of all characters, but the content is of little use for entertaining the kids now and we’ve jumped to YouTube for it.
