Is your Roku Express having issues with a message reporting not enough space to run or add channels? Now Roku is rolling out an update to fix this issue.
Here is the message posted on Roku’s site:
We are aware of an issue where some customers may see an error message on the Roku Express 3900 model that there is not enough space to run or add a specific channel. Please check for a system update to resolve this issue. You can check for a system update by navigating on your Roku player to Home > Settings > System > System Update > Check Now.
In some cases, a system update may will resolve the issue, and a factory reset will be required. You can perform a factory reset using the instructions in this detailed article.
Please follow the on-screen instructions during the factory reset. You may need to re-authenticate some channels after resetting.
