Seinfeld’s 1st Netflix Original Is Coming in September

A few months ago it was announced that Seinfeld would be joining Netflix and taking his “Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee” show with him.

As part of the deal Jerry Seinfeld will create several Netflix originals. Now we have a premiere date for the first of these Netflix originals featuring Jerry Seinfeld. On September 19 “Jerry Before Seinfeld” will air. It is a mix of the comedian’s stand-up performances at New York City’s The Comic Strip. It will also include videos of him as a child and other material that has never been shown before.

The show “Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee” will move to Netflix later this year. All past and new shows will now be exclusively on Netflix.

This is just the start of new shows from Netflix as part of the deal with Jerry Seinfeld.
