Sling TV is now fully built into Google TV, so subscribers using a Google TV device can more quickly browse and watch live sports, news, and entertainment.
With the update, Sling’s channels are now listed under the Live Tab. The integration is rolling out over the next few days.
Here’s How it Works:
- Have an active Sling TV subscription and a Google TV device
- Link your Sling account to your Google account using the Google Home app on your phone or tablet
- Play Sling TV channels by selecting the Live tab on Google TV and scrolling through the guide. Note it may take a few minutes after linking your account for the Live tab to appear.

Google TV is available on Chromecast with Google TV and Sony’s new BRAVIA XR TV line-up with smart Google TV. Google TV will also be coming soon to TCL.
