Sling TV has confirmed to Cord Cutters News that the $20 price is the regular price not a promotional rate.

We had some concern if this was a official account as @slinganswers only had a egg for a profile image and was not linked to from any official Dish or Sling TV sites or social media. After several tweets back and forth we can confirm this is a official account.

We wanted to make sure there was no hidden fees and they confirmed there will be none.

So we can now confirm that $20 is the basic package regular price and additional packages are $5 each. With no fees or gimmicks! This is a huge move away from the traditional cable model of hiding costs any way they can.
