Yesterday Sling TV rolled out a significant update to its Roku Channel that dramatically improved its grid guide but also ended support for its classic guide. What you do get is an enhanced grid guide that lets you scroll through channels faster than you ever could have before.  This does address one of the main complaints about Sling TV the slow loading guide and menus. Roku owners should see a noticeable improvement in how quickly they can get to their show or switch channels over the older version.

When Sling TV first launched it started without any type of traditional grid guide. Later it added the traditional grid guide you see today but still offered its now classic guide alongside the more grid guide. Now though Sling TV has removed the classic guide from its Roku Channel with its most recent update.
