It looks like Sling TV is having their first major outage in some time. Last night the service went out for many of their subscriber with an error 8-393227 error.
We’re aware some viewers are experiencing streaming issues. Our teams are working hard to resolve the issues as quickly as possible.

If you are having issues with your Sling TV app do not worry it is not you but something on the backend at Sling TV. This is the first major Sling TV crash in some time. Sling TV has not stated what caused the outage just stated that they are working on it.
Cord Cutters News has reached out to Sling TV for a update and will update this post as we learn more.
