The Spotify mobile app has gotten an update that includes Siri support for all iPhone and iPad users, after the feature was beta tested last month.

The update finally gives Apple customers with an iPhone or iPad the ability to use Siri to control Spotify with voice commands. This will make Spotify on the same level as Apple Music for iOS users. Users can now ask Spotify to play music through their device, control the app with CarPlay, and control music with HomePod via AirPlay.

In addition to adding Siri support, Spotify also released an Apple TV app. Download it via the tvOS App Store or enable “automatically install apps” in tvOS settings to install it. The app for Apple TV looks similar to the Roku app, so those familiar with the layout will have no problem navigating to find their favorite music and podcasts.
