CES 2020 is in the books and today we want to look back at the best of the best for cord cutters. Today Luke and I picked out our favorite products and services we saw at CES 2020. So here is our list of the best of CES 2020:

The Best Overall Cord Cutting Product Award goes to TiVo for the TiVo Stream 4K. We’ve been waiting for TiVo to launch a product that could compete with Roku, Fire TV, and others. This week, we got to see the product in person and it did not disappoint. You can read more about the TiVo Stream 4K HERE.

Runner Up for Best Overall  Cord Cutting Product is the Next Gen ATSC 3.0 for its new OTA TV with 4K. This year, ATSC 3.0 will be coming to 60+ markets (we’ll have the full list for you next week) with tuners in 20 TVs in 2020.

The Best New Streaming Service Award goes to Quibi. We know a lot of you are skeptical of this mobile only platform (we were too) but the presentation from Jeffrey Katzenberg and Meg optimize this streaming service for mobile viewers. You can get a sneak peek from the keynote in the tweet below.

The Best New Affordable TV for Cord Cutters goes to Westinghouse for their line of Roku TVs. Westinghouse showcased a lineup of Roku TV models with new and improved DTS sound. Through High Dynamic Range, 4K HD, and Roku built-in, the company hopes to create a better overall viewing experience. Sizes range from 32” to 43” and prices range from $170 to $250 MSRP. Read more about these TVs HERE.

The Award for Best Product for Cord Cutters Who Are Also Gamers goes to TCL. TCL has been making big announcements this week, including sharing news about the launch of 8K Roku TVs which were first announced at CES last year. TCL is also partnering with THX for a new game mode, called THX Certified Game Mode. Veritable refresh rates are also coming to select TVs this year, in addition to an HDMI 2.1 update.
