After the series was delayed last year, Disney has finally given us a premiere date for “The Falcon and The Winter Soldier”. The Marvel series will be available beginning March 19 on Disney+.

Marvel Studios’ “The Falcon and The Winter Soldier” stars Anthony Mackie as Sam Wilson aka The Falcon, and Sebastian Stan as Bucky Barnes aka The Winter Soldier. The pair, who came together in the final moments of “Avengers: Endgame,” team up on a global adventure that tests their abilities—and their patience. Directed by Kari Skogland with Malcolm Spellman serving as head writer, the series also stars Daniel Brühl as Zemo, Emily VanCamp as Sharon Carter, and Wyatt Russell as John Walker.

Upcoming Marvel releases include The Black Widow, which is scheduled to premiere in theaters on May 7, though Disney CEO Bob Chapek said the company is remaining flexible on plans and will change course depending on theater reopenings and moviegoer behaviors. Disney has given “Loki” a June 11 series premiere date, with other Marvel content including “Ms. Marvel” and “Hawkeye” coming later in the year.

A new trailer for “The Falcon and The Winter Soldier” was released during the Super Bowl earlier this month. Check it out, below.
