These Roku Players & Roku TVs Will Get The Brand New Roku OS 9.2 Update

The Roku 9.2 update has started to roll out to Roku TVs. Some currently available devices will also get the update soon, and new devices coming out soon will come with the update. If you’re looking forward to the 9.2 update, these are the devices that will get the new features, improved loading speeds, and more.

In the software release notes for the update, Roku lists the following supported Roku devices receiving Roku OS 9.2.

  • Roku Express+ (3710X)
  • Roku Streaming Stick (3800X)
  • Roku Express (3900X)
  • Roku Express+ (3910X)
  • Roku Premiere (4620X)
  • Roku Premiere+ (4630X)
  • Roku Ultra (4640X)
  • Roku Ultra (4660X)
  • Roku 3 (4200X)
  • Roku LT (2700X)
  • Roku 1, Roku SE (2710X)
  • Roku 2 (2720X)
  • Roku Streaming Stick (3500X)
  • Roku 2 (4210X)
  • Roku 3 (4230X)
  • Roku 4 (4400X)
  • Roku TV (5000X)
  • 4K Roku TV (7000X)
  • Roku TV – All Roku TV models are expected to receive Roku OS 9.2.

This list includes all of the new Roku devices that are coming to the market soon, as well as those labeled as “Updatable Roku Models” that are no longer manufactured but can run the latest Roku OS. Look for the detailed lists of these categories on the Roku website.

OS 9.2 is bringing many new features and updates to Roku devices. Those include new searchable channels, voice features to control content and features with voice commands, and the ability to control multiple devices with Alexa and Google Assistant.
