The Mandalorian Bounty Hunter

We’ve been hearing more and more about season two of the Disney+ breakout hit, The Mandalorian, and a new trailer offers us our best look yet at what’s to come. The official trailer released today shows off roughly two minutes of footage from the much-anticipated sophomore season ahead of its premiere on Friday, October 30th.

As with the show’s first season, Disney will be releasing new episodes on a weekly basis, much like a traditional TV show schedule, starting with that pre-Halloween premiere.

Season one racked up an impressive 15 Emmy nominations and it’ll be interesting to see how the show follows up on its initial success. Earlier this year, as major film and TV production slowed to a halt due to COVID-19, there was some concern about season two’s timing. Fortunately, those involved in the show’s production confirmed that filming had already been completed by the time shutdowns started taking place.

Naturally, the trailer drops hints of what we can expect, but we won’t have too much longer to wait to see how it all plays out. The first episode of The Mandalorian’s second season will be here in about six weeks on Disney +. Until then, feel free to pick apart the trailer video for any and all hints you can find!
