TiVo Stream 4K Adds Locast in Available Markets

TiVo has announced that Locast is now available to TiVo Stream 4K users in the markets Locast covers. The update is part of TiVo’s Free TV September. With the addition of Locast, TiVo says Stream 4K users now have access to over 140 free channels.

Locast offers free access to local channels, giving viewers access to live local coverage of news, weather, sports, and more. The service is currently available in the following markets:

  • San Francisco
  • Los Angeles
  • Phoenix
  • Denver
  • Rapid City
  • Minneapolis
  • Sioux Falls
  • Sioux City
  • Seattle
  • Dallas
  • Houston
  • Chicago
  • Detroit
  • Atlanta
  • Washington DC
  • Baltimore
  • Philadelphia
  • New York
  • Boston
  • Tampa Bay
  • West Palm Beach
  • Miami
  • Puerto Rico

TiVo recently shared that TiVo+ has 144 free channels, with 72 of those channels added just this month. You can see lists of the free content available on TiVo+ on the TiVo website.
