Any way to force Roku Channel install? I still can’t get it. Have tried doing a search and it shows up but won’t install. Also tried going to website under my account and it shows up, tried to install, says its will but doesn’t show up on Roku. Tried to restart, checked latest update, still a no go.

It is that way for a lot of us. Some are saying it’s a per account thing, Others a per device thing. Roku says any device that is still receiving updates to the Roku OS will get it. Personally I think this is a bad idea and they should have waited till the channel was ready for all supported devices to launch it. Some morons are trying to say it’s because Roku servers couldnt handle us all getting it at the same time. I don’t buy that. Please stop White Knighting Roku for bad decision making.

It’d be nice to have a sample of what movies are carried by each. I mean I might actually buy a Roku just for the free movie channels if the movies carried weren’t old and dated movies and television episodes. I like an old movie as much as anyone but I’d also like current movies or near current movies…

Free is a relative term. If you call sitting through commercials free then ok.
