Tubi announced it is now available on LG Smart TVs in the U.S., Canada, Mexico and Australia. That means LG Smart TV customers can now access Tubi’s library of more than 35,000 movies and TV shows on their big screen. With the addition of LG, Tubi is now distributed on 29 different platforms – more than any other ad-supported video on demand (AVOD) service.

Over the past year, Tubi has been working on developing its lineup of Original content, including its new original animated series “The Freak Brothers” which is now the most watched show on the free streaming service since launching on November 14. The first episode had 80% more viewers than the second most watched series on the platform.

Coming soon, LG Smart TV owners also will have access to Tubi Original Documentaries from FOX Alternative Entertainment; animated titles from FOX Entertainment’s Emmy Award-winning animation studio, Bento Box Entertainment; and premium independent-minded titles across the Black cinema, thriller, horror, sci-fi, romance and Western genres.
