Starting May 29th Twitch in partnership with the BBC plans to stream 500 episodes of Doctor Who for free. This event will start May 29th and running for 8 hours each day beginning at 11 am PDT. Each block will repeat twice immediately after so you can catch any missed episodes. This is not the first time Twitch has done something like this. In the past, they have aired Power Ranger blocks and other popular shows.

“Doctor What now? If that sounds like you, welcome! Doctor Who is a sci-fi cult classic TV series, which originally aired in 1963. It’s about a Time Lord and his companions who travel through space and time, going on adventures and saving the universe. We’re streaming 500 episodes of the original series, so you’ll catch on soon enough!” Twitch said on their website.

These will be all the episodes not airing on Amazon Prime. Newer Doctor Who episodes will not air on this stream but are available to Amazon Prime members through the Amazon Prime Video app. You will be able to watch the first seven Doctors for free, but the more recent ones will stay on Prime.

Want to know when your favorite Doctor’s shows will air? Twitch has a full list showing what days each Doctor’s shows will start HERE.

Twitch also has a sweepstakes to win a Doctor Who fan pack. “Seven Doctors, seven weeks of prizes! Just by watching 10 minutes of Doctor Who a day, you’re automatically entered into a weekly drawing to win a Doctor Who fan pack that includes a Tardis money box, a themed Monopoly set, and Doctor Who doormat. We’re also giving a grand prize trip to London Comic Con, so watch more Who to boost your chances!” You can find full details about the giveaway on the Twitch Presents page HERE.
