VIZIO is taking away the paywall for CuriosityStream and making the app free for SmartCast TV customers from now until March 31st.
A CuriosityStream subscription is normally $2.99 per month or $19.99 per year. For the rest of this month, SmartCast users will have free access to the app’s immersive experiences featuring personalities like Stephen Hawking and Sigourney Weaver, with unrivaled storytelling across science, history, tech, nature and health. With 2,500+ documentaries, series, originals, and new shows added weekly, you can unleash your inner curiosity with CuriosityStream.
In addition to the free preview, VIZIO and CuriosityStream are giving users a chance to win a range of prizes. The Contest is hosted on Instagram (find the posts by searching @VIZIO) and ends on March 31, 2020 at 11:59 pm PST. One Grand Prize Winner will receive one (1) VIZIO M-Series Quantum 50” Class 4K HDR Smart TV and one (1) prize pack. Three (3) Runner-up Prize Winners will each receive one (1) Prize Pack.
