Walmart Is Giving Away 2 Months of Sling TV & 3 Vudu Movies

0317_FL-better-call-saul_2000x1125-1940x1091Thinking about getting a new TV, tablet, streaming player, gaming console, laptop, or PC? If you buy it at Walmart you will get 2 months of Sling TV and 3 Vudu movies for free!

The deal is the latest in a long line of deals from Sling TV. They already offer a free Roku 2, or half off other players such as the Roku 3, and even deals on the new Apple TV if you subscribe for 3 months.

Need an antenna? If you buy an antenna from RCA you can also get an extended free trial from Sling TV.

This is also not the first time Walmart has promoted cord cutting. And they recently ran a full-page in their weekly Walmart Ad that has a cord cutting website that does nothing but promote cord cutting and the devices cord cutters use.

This is just one more in the ever-growing list of companies that are jumping on the cord cutting bandwagon. With Hulu, DirecTV, YouTube, and Vidgo all planning a new streaming service for cord cutters and stores such as Walmart all jumping on the cord cutting bandwagon.

Hopefully deals like this will result in many people giving services such as Sling TV a try resulting in people finding out how great and inexpensive cord cutting can be.

Don’t know, but I was a former subscriber. I could not use the email address I really use now, so I created it using my isp email (I use gmail instead but it was previously used on SlingTV). They don’t match names or addresses so multiple email addresses will work. Since Walmart doesn’t have a disclaimer new subscribers only, they have to honor it or a class action lawsuit could happen.

The offer is bogus! They sent me a code after I purchased my TV. The code didn’t work. Customer service sent me to VUDU to get a new code. They sent me back to Walmart and Walmart promised a new code would be sent within 48 hours due to a fire at their offices. Code never arrived. Contacted customer service again and was told someone would email me in 3-5 business days…..still waiting.
