The AVP is going out of its way to ensure appropriate health safety measures are met during this tournament. The Association has partnered with the privately-owned COVID-19 testing provider to give hundreds of PCR swab tests on-site weekly to make sure the competition stays coronavirus-free. Non-athletes will be required to wear masks at all times and sanitization stations have been put in place. The AVP has also gone so far as to have staff members sanitize the balls after each play, and athletes won’t be allowed to come in contact with anyone other than the team they’re matched against.
