Peacock launched nationally today, but the streaming service is already set to lose a list of titles from its lineup.
HBO Max also lost content immediately after launching, with DC movies and other titles removed just a few weeks after going live, due to licensing issues with other services. It’s likely that both services will get the content back when those licensing deals are up.
While nearly 30 titles, including Jurassic Park and Shrek which are both currently featured on the app, will be leaving, there will still be over 20,000 hours of content available for premium tier subscribers.
