HBO Max brought Wonder Woman 1984 into viewers’ homes during a time when movie theater options are scarce, but now it’s taking it away. As promised, the WarnerBros release is leaving the streaming service January 24 with no scheduled return date.

This isn’t to say the superheroine won’t be back, but HBO Max has yet to release when the film will be available on the streaming service again. In the meantime, this is your heads up to sneak it into a movie night (or two) before it vanishes from the platform.

You can stream Wonder Woman 1984 on HBO Max here.

After its departure, WW84 will still be available in select theaters and potentially from a number of PVOD services, including iTunes ($29.99).

Late last year, HBO Max and Warner Bros. announced some big news that all of the film studios’ 2021 releases will hit the streaming service at the same time they premiere in theaters beginning with Wonder Woman 1984 on Dec. 25. This new hybrid distribution model is in response to the changing theater landscape due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

After the one month is up, the films will leave the streaming platform and continue theatrically in the U.S. and international territories. All films will be available in 4K Ultra HD and HDR on HBO Max.
